These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") govern your access to and use of the 786gam website located at 786gam.cam (the "Platform"), including all content, services, features and information made available through the Platform.

786gam is an English-language online casino and sports betting information platform. The Platform is designed to provide educational content, bonus overviews, betting guides and platform information primarily for adult users in Pakistan and other international markets who choose to engage with licensed international gambling operators. 786gam does not itself operate as a licensed gambling operator in Pakistan, and does not claim any approval, authorisation, endorsement or licensing from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial government body.

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them below:

By accessing the Platform — whether by creating an Account, browsing Content or using any feature — you irrevocably confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full.
• You agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's licence conditions, whichever is greater.
• You have verified that accessing and using online gambling information services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a Restricted User as defined in these Terms.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you additionally warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age for gambling participation in your jurisdiction or under the relevant operator's licence — whichever is higher. Being 18 years of age does not in itself confirm that gambling is lawful in Pakistan for any given individual.
• Jurisdiction: You must confirm that accessing gambling-related information services is lawful in your location. 786gam does not represent that use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions, including Pakistan.
• Single Account: Each user is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts may be suspended without notice and associated balances may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: All registration information provided must be truthful, current and complete. You must update your details promptly if they change.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or account suspension at the time of registration or use.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of an employee of 786gam or any affiliated operator.

Account registration requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address and, where applicable, a valid mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible accordingly.

786gam reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, address, source of funds, or any other information relevant to KYC or AML compliance. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 786gam immediately at [email protected] (email — not a clickable link). 786gam accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the user has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

786gam may facilitate deposits via payment methods available on the Platform at the time of transaction. Payment methods referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are listed as familiar contextual references for Pakistani users only. These payment providers do not endorse, support or affiliate themselves with 786gam or any gambling operator.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method and any promotional terms in effect. Illustrative PKR figures (such as PKR 1,000 minimum or PKR 25,000 maximum) displayed on the Platform are examples only — actual limits are determined by the operator.

• All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made using third-party payment instruments may be declined and subject to additional verification.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT) may be accepted subject to operator availability, applicable network fees and confirmation requirements. Cryptocurrency values are volatile — the PKR value at deposit and withdrawal may differ significantly.
• 786gam is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions or network confirmation requirements.

Withdrawal requests are subject to full KYC verification being completed and approved. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals. 786gam reserves the right to request any documentation necessary to satisfy KYC and AML obligations before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, where technically possible.
• Processing times vary by method and are subject to operator policy. No guaranteed processing time is warranted.
• Withdrawals from active bonus balances are subject to the wagering requirements and cash-out limits associated with that bonus.
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, per day, per week and per month. Refer to current operator terms for applicable limits.
• Winnings derived from suspected fraudulent play, bonus abuse, multi-accounting or any prohibited conduct may be voided and the associated Account closed.

786gam offers welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback promotions and loyalty rewards subject to the specific terms attached to each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: A minimum number of qualifying bets must be placed before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 1,50,000 in qualifying bets. All figures are illustrative.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: During an active bonus, a maximum per-bet or per-spin limit applies. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100% while table games such as blackjack or baccarat may contribute as little as 10%.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date — typically 7, 14 or 30 days from credit. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Cash-out: Some bonuses carry a cap on withdrawable winnings. An illustrative example: a PKR 25,000 bonus might carry a PKR 10,000 maximum cash-out from bonus-derived winnings.
• Minimum Deposit: Most welcome bonuses require a qualifying deposit of at least a stated minimum — for example, PKR 1,000 — to activate the offer.
• Single Bonus Policy: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per user, per household or per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.

786gam reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. All bonus terms are provided in good faith for informational purposes — users must consult the actual operator terms for binding conditions.

All bets and wagers placed through the Platform are subject to the rules of the specific game or sports market selected. General betting rules applicable across all markets include:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. Cancellations or amendments after confirmation are not permitted except as provided by specific match-voiding or technical-fault procedures.
• In the event of a technical fault, network failure or system error during a game round or bet placement, 786gam reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Odds and market lines are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that bet.
• Cricket markets — including but not limited to PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — are subject to their own specific settlement rules. Live in-play markets may be suspended during breaks in play. 786gam is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket franchise.
• Football, UFC and other sports markets are governed by equivalent sport-specific settlement rules as published by the operator.
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed on the Platform are illustrative values only and do not guarantee individual outcomes.

786gam is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gambling tools are available through the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to manage their spending.
• Loss Limits: A maximum net loss threshold can be configured per session or per period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure maximum session durations, after which the system will prompt them to take a break.
• Cooling-off Period: A temporary suspension of account access (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month) can be requested at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who identify signs of problem gambling may request a longer self-exclusion — during which access to the Account is blocked. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected period.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the Platform:

• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or any coordinated strategy designed to exploit the Platform's systems or other users.
• Use of software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any technical device to place bets, manipulate outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in money-laundering, structuring transactions to evade AML controls, or using the Platform to process funds of criminal origin.
• Attempting to exploit technical glitches, game errors or pricing mistakes to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, unless operating in accordance with a valid exemption.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of 786gam or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any portion of the Platform without prior written consent from 786gam.
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use 786gam's name, logo or trademarks in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement or partnership without explicit written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 786gam, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses or lost profits of any kind.
• Errors, inaccuracies or omissions in Platform content.
• Interruption, suspension or discontinuation of Platform services.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or transmissions.
• Actions of third parties, including payment processors, banks or linked operators.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 786gam does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of viruses or harmful components.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

786gam collects personal data as necessary to operate accounts, comply with KYC/AML obligations and deliver the Platform's services. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Full details of data collection, processing, retention and your rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 786gam is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the applicable territory.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable Pakistani laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any provincial legislation. 786gam makes no representation that the Platform's content is appropriate or lawful for access in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. This section does not constitute legal advice.

786gam reserves the right to revise, modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to users. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

786gam reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms or any applicable law is suspected or confirmed.
• The account holder is identified as a Restricted User or does not meet eligibility requirements.
• Suspicious activity, fraudulent conduct or AML concerns are detected.
• A self-exclusion request has been received and is being actioned.
• The operator deems closure necessary for the protection of the Platform, other users or the integrity of games.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Pending bonus wagering requirements and any balance subject to active verification holds will be resolved in accordance with the applicable operator procedures.
